i don’t think people quite understand how revolutionary this is going to be. there’s little to no interracial couples when it comes to the mcu-verse, and zendaya is playing mary jane watson, the most iconic love interest of peter parker. he is one of the most well-known (and well-loved) marvel superheroes to date, and we’ll be watching him fall in love with a woc on the big screens for the entire world to see.
